PUBLICITY RIGHTS - I understand that as a participant in the Event, myself, my team or the Minor may be included in recordings, streaming, videotapes, photographs, DVDs, and videocasts taken during the Event. Therefore, without reservation or limitations, I, on my own behalf, my team and the Minor, hereby assign, transfer and grant to CHEER & DANCE BATTLES, its successors, assignees, licensees, sponsors, and all other commercial exhibitors the exclusive right to photograph and/or videotape myself, my team and the Minor and to utilize such videotapes and photographs and myself, my team and the Minor’s name, face, likeness, voice and appearance as a part of the Event, in advertising and promoting the Event or in advertising and promoting similar future events or in advertising and promotions related to CHEER & DANCE BATTLES and for any other use or purpose whatsoever, without reservations and limitations. I further understand that neither CHEER & DANCE BATTLES nor any third party is under any obligation to exercise any of the foregoing rights, licenses, and privileges. I, on my own behalf, behalf of my team, and on behalf of the Minor, waive any right to inspect or approve materials related thereto.

LIABILITY RELEASE I do hereby grant permission for myself, my team, and the minor to participate in Virtual CHEER & DANCE BATTLES competition events.. I further acknowledge and understand and agree that by participating in this tournament there is a possibility of physical illness (minimal, serious, and catastrophic) and that I or my team is assuming the risk of injury by participating. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, further agree to release and to hold harmless CHEER & DANCE BATTLES, the online platform through which the Event is being conducted from any and all liability, whether caused by the negligence of the Releases or otherwise for any claim, judgment, loss, liability, cost, and expenses (including, without limitations, attorney's fee and costs) arising out of or connected with the Event, including any claim arising out of or connected with any illness or injury (minimal, serious, catastrophic and/or death) that minor may incur or sustain during the Event, all activities associated with the Event. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, hereby warrant that I have read this Liability Release in its entirety and fully understand its contents. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, am aware that this Liability Release releases Releasees from liability and contains an acknowledgment of my voluntary and knowing assumption of the risk of injury or illness. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, further acknowledge that nothing in this Liability Release constitutes a guarantee that the Event will occur. I, on my own behalf and on behalf of the Minor, have signed this document voluntarily and of my own free will.

I certify that I have permission to use the music I will be competing with on Cheer & Dance Battles and have obtained proper copyright license with regard to all parties involved pertaining to music copyright laws and as such give Cheer & Dance Battles permission to use, distribute, stream, record and archive all music licensed herein and moving forward for use in all Cheer and Dance Battles Content.

I will read and comply with all information in the registration packet provided and will follow all communication and technology requirements in order to create the best performance, scoring and production opportunity for my team and those involved with my team. conditions
